Unleash your creativity and contribute to real-world projects in Vooya Creative Contributor 2023 Program!
Are you an aspiring writer or video creator between the ages of 18 to 26?
Vooya Creative Contributor is a program for all aspiring creatives who wish to validate their creative passion and gain experience working on real-life projects. It is open to all who behold a creative spark at any stage of their career, whether they’re just beginning their creative journey or just want a little side hustle to expand their portfolio.
This program will be held for 6 months starting from Nov 2023 - May 2024.
As a Passion Narrator, you will:- Write compelling articles & website copy to guide Vooyagers through their passion and career exploration
- Transcribe subtitles for Vooya Stories videos (English/Indonesian)
- Propose content ideas and submit written contents
As a Passion Videomaker, you will
- Create insightful and captivating video content to educate and inspire Vooyagers on their career journey
- Transcribe subtitles for Vooya Stories videos (English/Indonesian)
- Propose content ideas and submit video creations

Full Time: Content Writer - Storyteller

Responsibilities:
Content Creation- Write, edit, and proofread a variety of content materials
- Marketing: digital ads, email & whatsapp blasts, social media editorial plan, posters, banners, online listings

- Ensure content provides clear benefits to target audience, conveys the brand’s voice & personality, and meets high-quality standards.

Full Time: Digital Experience Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing & Testing the Platform- Understand customers’ needs and research interaction design and technology trends
- Create storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Write the platform requirement documents (design, content, user, and functional requirements)
- Identify, overview and communicate platform milestones deliverables
- Lead Content Team by providing guidance, delegating, and reviewing the writings and formats as per standard (relevant, SEO-friendly, and engaging content)
- Collaborate with the Design team to create wireframes and designs that balance the user-friendly, reusability, and aesthetic aspect of the platform.
- Work with IT Team by communicating requirements, testing, and providing feedback for the platform
Monitoring & Scaling the Platform- Conducting regular bugs or errors tracking
- Identifying and monitoring platform key metrics (e.g., user growth, defining and measuring active users, engagement behavior, etc.)

Responsibilities & Roles:
Assessment- Administer and assist with the coordination of psychological testing activities
- Create detailed reports based on the assessment
- Provide guidance to test participants as needed
Coach / Mentor
- Lead Design Your Life Story workshop
- Keep records of participants' progress
- Meet with and facilitate participants to open up and share their story

Product Development
